That breed seems to have become very popular.<br \/>\nOn Shepits, there are a lot of mixed breeds now in the islands which will get coined names.  That is ok, we get a smile out of some and it&#8217;s done o&#8217;seas. The Shepit ad you commented on presents poor imagery. A &#8220;biting GSD&#8221; and a pit to provide &#8220;loving family protection&#8221;. The interpretation could be the combination of a nervous GSD and a pit poorly socialised which could be a disaster waiting to happen with one&#8217;s own family. On the other hand, the pups might turn out ok but the ad is terrible.<br \/>\nI still own and enjoy pits along with my other dogs but my pits are<br \/>\nsocialised and trained from early.
